It’s so interesting to observe the similarities

It’s so interesting to observe the similarities between the dogs and the babies / toddlers… When it comes to entertaining them, some very simple and casual items can create a full spectrum of excitement and happiness in both these species 😀🥳🐾👶🏼 For dogs for example you can always hide their food/treats or toys - depending on their preferences - in the cardboard boxes for them to find the “treasures”, or just try and teach them to get into the box to learn a new skill/trick 🤗 (your creativity would be the key here) As for toddlers - well, any mess would do 😅🙈

My friend @training_with_arlo (also known and being good at her business as @fulfilledcanines) mentioned recently regarding the way I raise dogs/puppies and children… after I said to her that Vincent is a truly wild child - and he is even the next level of wilderness 😅🙈 To which she replied - “Haha, that’s how you raise puppies and children then! You definitely give them a fearless attitude!” 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ In this picture you can see some well mannered dogs, and our wild child running behind them in the bushes 🙈🤪

Keeping up the heelwork theme while it’s fresh - with a big black dog … Here’s another reel featuring Litium’s heelwork, from September, when I was cheeky enough to borrow @kiche_dog_academy ‘s Dragon for a walk and did some bits of training with him 😎🐾 Ronnie - a very big (and also black 😅) Malinois x Labrador cross, who was staying with me then for his structured boarding, was really keen to join the heel fun as you can see 😀
